Delivery Information

We provide fast, free and fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom for all new and refurbished unlocked phones. Orders are shipped from our London fulfilment centre using established UK courier networks.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £20

All orders with a basket value of £20 or more qualify for free standard delivery. No voucher codes are required — the delivery charge is automatically removed at checkout once the threshold is met.

Next-Working-Day Delivery to Major UK Cities

Orders placed before 12:00 midday (Monday–Friday) qualify for free next-working-day delivery (Monday–Saturday) to the following areas:

  • London (all London postcodes)
  • Greater Manchester
  • Birmingham and the West Midlands
  • Leeds and West Yorkshire

Orders placed after 12:00, during weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day and delivered on the following working day.

Free Standard Delivery to the Rest of the UK

All other UK locations — including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands — qualify for free delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 → dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 12:00, at weekends or on Bank Holidays → dispatched the next working day

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, including full tracking details.

Tracked and Insured Delivery

Every order is shipped using a fully tracked, signed-for courier service. Depending on your postcode, deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Evri.

All parcels are fully insured during transit at no additional cost.

If You Are Not Available at Delivery

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will provide options via the tracking link, which may include:

  • Rearranging delivery for another date
  • Delivery to a nominated neighbour or safe place (where authorised)
  • Collection from a local depot or parcel shop

Peak Periods and Seasonal Demand

During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and major sales events, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier network volumes. If any delay occurs, we keep you informed via email or SMS.

Remote and Island Addresses

We deliver free of charge to remote and island locations, including the Scottish Highlands, all UK islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. These deliveries typically fall within the upper range of the 1–3 working day timeframe.

International Delivery

At present, we ship only within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is free on all orders over £20. Orders below £20 incur a flat £3.99 delivery charge.

Do you really offer next-working-day delivery to major cities?

Yes. Orders placed before 12:00 midday Monday–Friday for eligible postcode areas in London, Greater Manchester, Birmingham & the West Midlands, and Leeds & West Yorkshire are normally delivered the next working day.

I live in London — when will my phone arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are typically delivered the next working day to all London postcodes.

What about Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland?

Free delivery normally takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. Remote and island areas may fall towards the longer end of this range.

When is the daily dispatch cut-off?

Orders placed before 12:00 midday Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.

Which courier will deliver my order?

The courier is selected based on your postcode and service availability. Full details are provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Is my order insured?

Yes. All parcels are fully insured while in transit.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is dispatched, with live updates where supported.

What if I miss the delivery?

You can rearrange delivery, nominate a safe place or collect from a local depot using the tracking link provided.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are possible before dispatch. Once the parcel is in transit, redirection depends on courier policies.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes. Next-working-day orders dispatched on Friday are usually delivered on Saturday in eligible areas.

Can I collect my order in person?

We operate as an online-only retailer and do not offer in-person collection.

My tracking shows a delay — what should I do?

If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
